The hotel has a relaxing and quaint atmosphere. It is situated in an amazing location close to local attractions, other restaurants in Tamil Nadu, and the seafront. - I enjoyed staying in a room on the higher floors. - the bed was extremely comfy. - the outdoor restaurant served freshly cooked meals.

Enjoyed my fun stay at the Villa Shanti restaurant between December and February. The restaurant had a wide range of tasty meals for breakfast. The property was in the heart of the city. Would recomand this place and would come here again...

The service was attentive, nothing to complain about. The facilities were quite modern and easy to use.

I was pleased with great service. The room with comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to honking vehicles can be a nuisance, the erstwhile French Quarter, and promenade, cafe's.

Service and proffesionalism on a very high level compared to other Indian hotel experiences. Friendly staff. Clean and with a nice design. We stayed on the floor level which made our stay extremely child friendly. The food is keeping a very high quality level, both continental and Indian. The breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms here are modern and come with all you need - A/C, a comfy extra bed, and a nice balcony to chill on. 🌿

The food was awesome. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and quite quaint.

The noise in the rooms from other parts of the hotel continued late into the night and was very disturbing. The open shower concept is good for couples but very poor for friends / children / other relatives. It is noisy for the other person as well as robs you of privacy.

We loved being at this hotel! This place was perfectly located in the heart of a lively area while still being on a quiet street. The staff provided us with a welcome drink and were always courteous and accommodating to our early check-in and late check-out. The room was equipped with an electric kettle, air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the in-room dining table and terrace, which had garden furniture for a pure relaxation experience.

I had a wonderful time exploring the area and found a variety of local products at the market, the rooms were modern and had excellent facilities.

The location is amazing, just a short walk from a beautiful park, and all the staff here are extremely friendly and attentive.

The staff at Villa Shanti - Heritage Hotel For Foodies in Pondicherry were really helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. My room was an air-conditioned twin room with a balcony and a nice bathroom. the breakfast included coffee and pastries.
